I have been involved in Real Estate since first licensed in 1970.  I have a degree in Marketing and Finance and have used that knowledge on all sides of real estate transactions including investing.  One of my three successful start up business's over the years was computer related concentrating on marketing techniques.  I have used these acquired skills, education and professional experience to put you on the leading edge of success in this market , incorporating all the latest technology.

I have also had a parallel career in aviation.  I first started as a Navy Pilot and then transitioned to the commercial side ending that part of my career as an International 747 Airline pilot.  The integrity, diligence and hard work required in aviation has always been applied to my Real Estate profession.

I still own an airplane and use it to further the Real Estate marketing efforts on your behalf.  I have proudly joined TheCullisTeam at Keller Williams and our relocation marketing brochure boldly states that we will take you by plane, boat or automobile for a private tour of Columbia.
